Hmmm. It’s one thing perfecting a recipe in the kitchen using a 25 litre bucket. It’s a whole new ball game trying to get it to work when everything is multiplied by 80! My early brews have failed to capture the exuberance of the ‘home brew’ and have ended up down the drain. After much head scratching, experimentation and cock ups I think the method, timings and quantities are coming together! Jase started today – He’s got to sell this stuff! I wonder if he knows what he’s got himself into! The labels and pump clips are looking good too…
